Anguk Station: Your Gateway to Old Seoul
Anguk Station (Line 3) sits at the crossroads of Seoul’s most historic district. Step out and you are minutes from Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung palaces, Bukchon Hanok Village, Samcheong-dong’s cafés, and the galleries and alleys of Insadong. It is arguably the best subway stop in the city for a day of culture on foot.
What’s Around Exit 6
Exit 6 drops you straight into the Insadong side of the neighborhood. Within a short walk you will find tea houses, craft shops, traditional restaurants, and — as the evening sets in — some of the liveliest eating and drinking alleys in Seoul.
It is flat, walkable, and well signed, which makes it easy for first-time visitors and travelers with luggage or family in tow.
One Minute From the Exit
Dalmakdalmak is a one-minute walk from Anguk Station Exit 6 — turn into the Insadong alley and look for the crescent-moon sign. We serve handmade jeon, bulgogi, and over twenty makgeolli, with sought-after yajang tables outside.
Open daily 3 PM to midnight, we are the easiest good meal you will find near the station.
